Sifu Marsh has trained in Isshinryu karate, Kenpo, and Five-form Fist kung fu, but his specialty is in 7-Star Praying Mantis, a system which was developed in the Shaolin Temple and is noted for its extremely fast hand and leg techniques. Sifu Marsh is also a practitioner of tai chi, specializing in Chen style, although he also teaches the popular Yang forms.

Bobby Basaldu, Assistant Instructor
Bobby Basaldu is Sifu Marsh's daisihing, or senior student, and is an advanced-level student, currently preparing for his black sash test. He assists Sifu Marsh with all instruction, and is responsible for the beginner level class.
Austin Almaguer, Assistant Instructor
Austin Almaguer is one of Sifu Marsh's senior students, and is an advanced-level student, also preparing for his black sash test. He assists Sifu Marsh with beginner level instruction and is primarily responsible for our children's program.
Jesse Barron, Assistant Instructor
Jesse Barron began studying under Sifu Marsh back in 2004, but had to take some time off when he worked in Washington, DC. He currently is preparing to test for the rank of purple sash. Jesse assists with beginner level instruction, and helps manage the school, particularly during the summer months.
Jon Mizuta, Assistant Instructor
Jon is one of Sifu Marsh's senior students, and his ranking tai chi student. In addition to studying praying mantis kung fu, he also studies Yang tai chi, ba gua, and tai chi weapons with Sifu. He is primarily responsible for running the school's tai chi program.
