We offer training in the following systems of kung fu:

Our beginner classes are held Monday and Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 and will introduce you to a variety of different forms, including Wah Lum, Long Fist, and 7-Star Mantis. The reason for introducing the student to such a variety of forms from different styles is to introduce him or her to the basics of hard and soft, internal and external, approaches to kung fu, and to prepare the student for more advanced training.
 
Our intermediate and advanced classes are taught Monday and Thursday from 4:30 to 5:30. Combining work in groups and individually, our classes at this level are centered on personalized instruction in specific forms each student is learning and mastering, while also expanding into deeper levels of paired training in sticky hands and yielding drills, and introducing qi gong and iron body training.
 
Advanced techniques and weapons training is offered during our open sessions on Saturdays, from 5:00 to 6:00. Students at any level are allowed to enroll in our Saturday program.
 
We are now enrolling for our children's program! If you are between the ages of 8 and 12, come join our children's class, where you will learn the same fundamentals as in our adult program, only at a pace more appropriate for young bodies. Our children's classes are Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:15. Sorry, we do not yet have a class for students under 8 years of age, but please get in touch with us if you have a child who might be interested (more information on our kids program is available on our kids program page).
 
T'ai Chi We offer traditional training in tai chi at all levels, from absolute beginner to advanced tai chi weapons. Our beginner and intermediate tai chi class is held on Saturdays from 11:00 to 12:30. Click here to go to our T'ai Chi and Qi Gong page.
 
We also offer private and small group programs. Sifu Marsh and his assistant instructors also provide private instruction, and from time to time we form small groups for private instruction. Please check with Sifu Marsh if you are interested in either of these options.
